Job Overview

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for these driver positions, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Training & Experience: Must have completed driving training from a recognized institution (e.g., VETA or NIT) with at least 1 year of accident-free driving experience.
- Integrity: Candidates must have no record of theft or criminal activity.
- Certification: A valid training certificate from a government-approved driving institution is mandatory.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license (appropriate class required).
- Local Government Endorsement: Applicants must provide a letter of introduction from their Mtaa (local government office).
- Age & Fitness: Must be between 25–50 years old, physically and mentally fit.
- Guarantors: Two guarantors are required, each with a letter of endorsement from the local government office (Mtaa or Kata), Also
- Work History: Applicants should present a certificate or letter of service from their previous employer.
- Identification: National ID (NIDA) number or card must be included,
- Other Documents: Car insurance proof is required.
