About the KPMG Graduate Program

Eligibility Criteria by Country
Kenya
- Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
- Minimum of Second Class Upper / GPA 3.0
- Minimum B in KCSE with B in English and Mathematics
Uganda
- Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
- Second Class Upper / CGPA 4.0 and above
- A minimum of 14 points at A-Level and credits in Math and English
Tanzania
- Graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
- Second Class Upper / GPA 3.5 and above
- Minimum of Division II at O-Level with B in CSSE, English, and Mathematics

Rwanda
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025
- GPA of 3.0 or cumulative average of 70 percent and above
- Minimum B in three principal A2 subjects
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Computer literacy is essential
- International high school qualifications are accepted
- Professional certifications and foreign language skills are an added advantage
