Position: Cashier

Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Supervisor / Front Office Manager

The Cashier is responsible for processing guest payments efficiently and accurately across various service points, such as restaurants, front desks, or retail outlets. This role ensures smooth financial transactions while maintaining cash control and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest payments (room charges, dining, retail, etc.)
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change
  • Maintain and reconcile a balanced cash drawer
  • Support front-of-house staff with billing tasks
  • Ensure compliance with billing and privacy standards
  • Prepare guest checks and post transactions to guest folios
  • Cross-check discounts, vouchers, and promotions
  • Perform cash drops and generate daily cashier reports
  • Assist with inventory tracking in retail/F&B areas
  • Report discrepancies or unusual activities promptly
  • Greet guests professionally at POS locations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in hotel/restaurant/retail cashier role preferred
  • Strong numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and computer proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and flexible to work varying shifts

Position: General Cashier

Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Cluster / Accountant

The General Cashier manages all internal and guest-related cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and reconcile daily cash transactions
  • Process guest payments for services (room, F&B, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and drawer balance
  • Prepare cashier reports and assist in financial documentation
  • Coordinate with front desk and other departments for billing accuracy
  • Provide professional service and resolve payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial security and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality setting
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible with shift schedules
  • English proficiency required; other languages are a plus

Position: HR Coordinator / HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

The HR Coordinator supports the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and training logistics
  • Track attendance, leave, and contract renewals
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare programs
  • Help with grievance procedures and policy enforcement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices
  • Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS/payroll)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
