1. Job Title: Implement Mechanic (1 Position)
Location: Bagamoyo
Vacancies: One (01)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety in the working environment.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Accountable for maintaining and repairing agricultural implements.
- Identify faults in agricultural implements.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness at the workplace.
- Assist in servicing and ordering spare parts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD-WS.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced Certificate in Motor Vehicle Technology or Diploma in Agro Mechanics.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in maintaining agricultural implements.
- Must possess NIDA & TIN.
- Submit an introduction letter from the local government and two referee letters.
- All documents must be submitted as a single PDF file; non-compliance will render the application inadmissible.
2. Job Title: Haulage Mechanic (1 Position)
Location: Bagamoyo
Vacancies: One (01)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, check, and repair haulage machines.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the mobile workshop.
- Accountable for repairing tractors, loaders, harvesters, and trailers.
- Identify faults in haulage machines.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness at work.
- Track time during repairs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD-WS.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced Certificate in Motor Vehicle Engineering or Level III Certificate in Automobile Mechanics.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Must possess NIDA & TIN.
- Submit an introduction letter from the local government and two referee letters.

3. Job Title: Lead Haulage Mechanic (2 Positions)
Location: Bagamoyo
Vacancies: Two (02)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of haulage mechanics.
- Schedule and organize repair activities.
- Allocate tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols in the workshop.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sugar or automotive industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of haulage equipment including tractors, trailers, loaders, and harvesters.
- Must possess NIDA & TIN.
- Submit an introduction letter from the local government and two referee letters.
