Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by aggressively identifying and developing new advertising clients.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and strategic solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential sales opportunities.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for clients based on their advertising needs and objectives.
- Prepare and execute business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics to sales management.
- Represent The Guardian Limited professionally at client meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other related field.
- Previous experience in advertising sales, media, or marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
