- Visit the HESLB Online Loan Application System (OLAMS)
Open your web browser and go to the official HESLB portal. https://olas.heslb.go.tz. - Log In to Your SIPA Account
- Click on “Login for Registered Applicants.”
- Enter your Form Four Index Number in the correct format (e.g., S0143.0078.1990).
- Enter your password you created during registration.
- Type in the security code displayed on the screen.
- Click “Login.”
- Check Your Allocation Status
- After logging in, go to the “Allocation Status” section on your dashboard.
- You’ll see your loan status, including the approved amount and its breakdown.
- Next Steps
- If your loan has been approved, proceed to register in the Digital Disbursement System (DiDiS) through your institution’s Loan Officer to complete the process.
