Applications are now open for the Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program 2025, a one-year rotational program aimed at fast-tracking STEM graduates into careers in Operations, Supply, Retail, and Terminal Management. The program is open to candidates from 13 African countries and runs through December 31, 2025.
About the Program
The Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program is a fully immersive, structured 12-month initiative tailored for recent STEM graduates eager to build careers in the energy sector. Participants will gain foundational training in various departments and hands-on experience that supports long-term professional growth within Puma Energy.
This initiative underscores Puma Energy’s commitment to energizing communities and promoting access to sustainable, reliable energy solutions across Africa.
Program Highlights

Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a closely related field
Experience & Eligibility
- Recent graduates with strong motivation
- Able to work in multicultural, team-based environments
- Must have legal work authorization in the country of application
