DCB Commercial Bank seeks a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead one of its strategic branches. As a Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving branch performance, growing the customer base, and enhancing service delivery while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute branch sales plans aligned with retail banking goals.
- Grow quality asset and liability portfolios by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
- Generate revenue by increasing non-funded and non-interest income.
- Lead the branch team in delivering top-tier customer experience and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize cost-efficiency and maximize productivity.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
- Ensure full compliance with BoT, CMSA, TRA, DSE, and ELRA regulations.
- Monitor and enhance staff performance according to bank standards and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, with strong exposure to operations and business management.
- Proven track record in performance-driven roles with strong sales and credit analysis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
2. Records Management Officer – DCB Commercial Bank PLC

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust records management framework.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and industry standards for records handling.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve both digital and physical records efficiently.
- Coordinate off-site storage, ensuring records are archived securely and disposed of appropriately.
- Conduct regular audits and collaborate with compliance and risk departments.
- Provide staff training on best practices in document management.
- Support audit processes and prepare management reports on record-keeping activities.
Required Qualifications:
