About the Program
The DEEP Program is a transformative apprenticeship initiative that equips young people with essential 21st-century digital and entrepreneurial skills. It serves as a bridge for youth—particularly Form 4, Form 6 graduates, and certificate/diploma holders—enabling them to improve their livelihoods, start their own ventures, or pursue employment in tech-related fields.

Participants and volunteers will engage at the following centers:

Volunteer Opportunity – Phase One (3 Months)
We are seeking volunteers to support the first phase of this impactful program. This phase focuses on foundational skill-building for program alumni and new entrants who have completed Form 4, Form 6, or higher education.
Key Learning Areas in Phase One:
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Communication & Fieldwork Skills
- Career Development & Goal Setting
- Savings & Financial Planning
- Introduction to Business Planning
Phase Two & Three: Advanced Training
Volunteers and participants who successfully complete Phase One may progress to more advanced stages that cover:
- Frontend Web Development
- Google IT Support & Digital Learning Platforms
- Project Management & Mentorship
- Business Implementation & Resource Mobilization
Who Can Apply?
We welcome dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Completed Form 4, Form 6, or hold a Certificate/Diploma (especially from TICD)
- Aged 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Have a startup or business idea
- TICD students must have access to a computer and stable internet
