Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a talented Accountant Officer with 2+ years of solid experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in financial management, reporting, and compliance—ready to hit the ground running and contribute to our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage business accounts and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance business growth and long-term profitability.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to both internal management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain healthy cash flow to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance trends.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain full compliance with financial regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and financial functions (manufacturing sector experience is a plus).
- CPA Certification is required (strong advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a bonus.
- Adaptable, quick to learn new systems, and tech-savvy.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently or within a team.
