1. Records Management Assistant II (5 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Distribute files to action officers and retrieve them as needed.
- Track file movement and maintain proper storage in racks or cabinets.
- Assist in locating documents and ensure records are well-managed.

Qualifications Required:
- Must have completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a government-recognized institution, and Also
- Basic computer literacy is essential.
Salary Scale: TGS C (As per government pay grades)
2. Driver II (6 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
- Drive staff to various official assignments.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and travel logs, and Also
- Deliver documents as needed and carry out additional duties assigned by the employer.
Qualifications Required:
- Must have a Form IV certificate.
- A valid Class E or C driving license with at least 1 year of accident-free experience.
- Completed a Basic Driving Course from VETA or a government-recognized training institution.
