Key Responsibilities:
- Grow SME client portfolios by increasing deposits and loans in both volume and value.
- Recruit new SME customers and cross-sell bank products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively managing accounts.
- Create and implement marketing and deposit mobilization strategies.
- Promote ACB Bank’s products and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to meet lending and deposit goals.
- Oversee credit risk, ensuring acceptable Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.
- Keep track of market trends and provide recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Strictly adhere to governance policies and compliance regulations.
- Follow up on non-performing accounts and support timely recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with audit and internal control standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Banking & Finance is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in SME banking, lending cycles, and credit underwriting.
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient understanding of modern relationship management strategies.
- Ability to manage teams, drive performance, and meet targets.
2: MIS Officer – Management Information Systems
