Key Responsibilities
As an IT Help Desk Intern, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s tech operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing user training on stock and sales software, ensuring optimal usage and adherence to best practices.
- Offering technical support for web portals and mobile applications.
- Managing and resolving support tickets submitted through the helpdesk portal.
- Reporting software bugs and testing new app features and updates.
- Monitoring and maintaining essential IT infrastructure such as the CCTV system, network connectivity, and call center operations.
- Handling other IT-related tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
