Cabin Crew – 10 Vacancies

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold a Form IV certificate with at least four credit passes, including English.
- Ab-Initio Certificate from a recognized aviation institution.
- Cabin Crew Member Certificate issued by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA).
- Fluent in Swahili, English, and French.
- Arm reach of 212 cm (standing), and meet acceptable BMI standards.
- Must fulfill all requirements outlined in the Cabin Crew Member Manual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, comfort, and security of passengers and fellow crew members.
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with ATCL’s in-cabin standards.
- Maintain and manage in-flight catering items and equipment.
- Handle passenger concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Assist in achieving on-time performance and overall passenger satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3,500 flying hours with a valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- At least 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command on aircraft weighing 20+ tons.
- Dash 8-300 or Dash 8-400 type rating is mandatory.
- ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Valid Class One Medical Certificate.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and comfort of passengers while commanding the aircraft.
- Oversee and coordinate duties of the flight and cabin crew.
- Maintain compliance with flight safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections.
- Verify aircraft loading, documentation, and communicate with air traffic control.
- Report incidents and delays per company and TCAA procedures.
