Job Overview
As a Direct Sales Agent, your role will be to drive the sales of NBC’s Retail Banking Liabilities products, ensuring top-notch customer service and achieving key performance targets. You’ll be at the forefront of the bank’s growth strategy—turning prospects into loyal customers through proactive and impactful engagement, Direct Sales Agent at NBC Bank Morocco Branch June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customer needs to effectively sell banking (deposit) products.
- Generate quality leads, follow up, and convert them into real sales.
- Engage in product activations, promotions, and campaigns to meet sales targets.
- Onboard customers, ensuring they are digitally connected and active.
- Assist customers in completing account openings in line with NBC policies.
- Ensure compliance with Operational Risk, KYC, and AML regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting branch activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of Form Four Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Banking Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and services.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- A team player who values accountability.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
