Key Responsibilities
As a Recovery Agent at Eezy Group, your primary mission will be to recover company assets and outstanding debts efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with the law. Your daily duties will include:
- Recovering assigned assets and collecting debt as directed by your supervisor.
- Meeting or exceeding recovery targets within given timelines.
- Utilizing provided tools and systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Understanding and executing repossession instructions accurately.
- Following all repossession processes and procedures as per company policy.
- Properly filing and submitting all repossession documentation on time.
- Maintaining a company-assigned vehicle (if provided), ensuring it’s clean and serviced as scheduled.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Valid driving license with excellent driving skills.
- A Diploma or higher education in a business-related field.
- Previous experience in asset recovery or auctioneering is highly desirable.
- Strong teamwork spirit, outgoing personality, and a result-driven mindset.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
