About the Role
As a Laboratory Technician at Bonite Bottlers Ltd, you will be responsible for conducting physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, packaging components, and finished products. Your role is critical in upholding the company’s quality assurance standards and ensuring that all products meet regulatory and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests following established SOPs and quality protocols.
- Accurately document, interpret, and report findings in a timely manner.
- Monitor and identify product quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the laboratory.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and HACCP standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Must have passed all subjects in a single sitting at Form Four level.
Skills and Attributes
- Solid technical and analytical skills in laboratory testing and quality control.
- Proficiency in computer applications and lab documentation.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in GMP, GLP, and HACCP practices.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a laboratory or quality assurance role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
