We are currently seeking Freelance Sales Executives to join our energetic advertising team in the following locations:
Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Mbeya, Tanga, Moshi/Kilimanjaro, and Zanzibar.
What You’ll Do:
As a Freelance Sales Executive, your mission will be to drive revenue growth by connecting brands with powerful advertising opportunities across our platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Aggressively identifying and developing new client relationships.
- Growing business with existing clients and maximizing repeat sales.
- Creating and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Offering tailored advertising solutions that align with each client’s unique needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We want ambitious individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma or University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A track record or passion for sales and marketing (experience is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Note: This is a commission-based position—the more you sell, the more you earn!
