Qualifications & Requirements

General Requirement for All Applicants:
- Age must be between 18 to 40 years
- Must have no criminal record
- Willingness to work in Dar es Salaam or other regions in Tanzania
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Security Officers / Supervisors:
- Must have completed military or paramilitary training (e.g. JKT, Mgambo)
- Security Controllers:
- Minimum education: Form Six (A-Level) or Diploma
- Zonal Officers:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Zonal Managers:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
