Available Job Positions (July 2025)
1. Zonal Agronomists (3 Posts)
Locations: Arusha, Morogoro, Kahama
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing of seeds and agrochemicals in the zone
- Supervise and support zonal marketing teams
- Coordinate with farmers and agro-dealers
- Monitor budgets and submit marketing reports
Requirements:
- BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Extension, or Agri-business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in agri-marketing
- Valid class “D” driving license
2. Seed Marketing Officers – Sales Points (3 Posts)
Locations: Bariadi, Mbeya, Songea
Responsibilities:
- Manage seed marketing at the sales point
- Organize farmer events and campaigns
- Supervise assistant marketing officers
- Submit periodic marketing reports
Requirements:
- BSc in Agriculture or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Valid class “D” driving license
3. Agrochemical Marketing Officers – Sales Points (3 Posts)
Locations: Sumbawanga, Morogoro, Dar es Salaam
Responsibilities:
- Drive agrochemical sales and promotion
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Conduct training and demonstrations
- Report on marketing progress
Requirements:
- BSc in Agriculture or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Must hold a class “D” driving license
4. Sales Officers (6 Posts)
Locations: Arusha, Babati, Mbeya, Kahama, Songea, Mpanda
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales trips and hit sales targets
- Maintain client relationships
- Provide regular sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Form Four education
- 3+ years’ experience in sales
- Class “E” driving license required
- Agriculture background is a plus
5. Seed Processing Supervisor (1 Post)
Location: Mbeya
Responsibilities:
- Oversee seed processing and handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Supervise plant staff and operations
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping or Logistics
- 1+ year factory experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
6. Store Keepers (2 Posts)
Locations: Singida, Ifakara
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily stock operations
- Receive, inspect, and dispatch goods
- Participate in inventory counts
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Procurement or Logistics
- At least 1 year experience
- MS Office skills preferred
7. Water Well Drillers (2 Posts)
Location: Singida Farm
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain water well drilling equipment
- Conduct performance tests
- Advise on drilling techniques and risks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Water Well Drilling or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must hold a class “E” driving license
8. Truck Drivers (4 Posts)
Location: Mbeya
Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and unload goods
- Ensure all transport documents are in order
- Maintain trucks and follow transport regulations
Requirements:
- Form Four certificate and formal driver training
- 5+ years of experience
- Class “E” license and semi-trailer experience required
