Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise audit teams on various client assignments
- Plan and execute audits in line with international auditing standards

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be CPA (T) or ACCA certified
- Minimum 4 years of professional audit experience
- IT audit experience is an added advantage
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and client-facing skills

2: Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role
ABA Alliance is launching a new Executive Search and Human Capital Advisory Unit. The HR Manager will not only oversee internal HR operations but will also be instrumental in establishing this revenue-generating division of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Internal HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Tanzanian labour laws
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations (PAYE, NSSF, WCF, etc.)
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture
Executive Search & Talent Services
- Launch and manage a dedicated recruitment and executive search division
- Create pricing structures, service packages, and business models
- Build a strong talent database and client network
- Manage recruitment assignments from client engagement to final placement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
- At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in management
- Strong understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws
- Experience in recruitment or running an HR consultancy is a plus
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
