1. Graduate Trainee – Accounts
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (T) or professional development is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and posting journal entries
- Participate in departmental rotations and assigned tasks
- Support financial compliance (TRA, NSSF, WCF, etc.)
- Track costs and assist in preparing financial reports
- Maintain debt and payment records
2. Graduate Trainee – Quality Assurance
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of internship experience
- Knowledge of pressure vessel codes (ASME, TBS) is a plus
- Familiarity with QA tools (7QC, root cause analysis)
- Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, gauges)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain QA documentation and inspection checklists
- Support quality control procedures and reporting
3. Graduate Trainee – Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Recent graduate (within 1–2 years)
- Interest in industrial maintenance operations
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in equipment maintenance and operational support
- Follow safety standards in daily activities
- Learn and adapt to shift-based factory work
4. Graduate Trainee – Production
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Basic knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining
- Understanding of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks is a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing processes and quality control checks
- Follow safety protocols and collaborate with teams
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
5. Graduate Trainee – Stores & Material Management
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Materials Management
- Good organization and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Strong integrity and responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory tagging, storage, and labelling
- Help issue materials to production and maintenance teams
- Maintain inventory based on usage and safety
