These roles are strictly available to individuals who have served as volunteers at the hospital for six months or more. Preference will be given to candidates who have consistently demonstrated professionalism, commitment, and strong work ethics during their volunteer service.
Available Job Positions
1. Assistant Nursing Officer II – 13 Positions
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Valid practicing license and registration from the Nursing Council
- Minimum 6 months of volunteer service at the hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and report patient conditions
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Support clinical procedures and ensure safety standards
Salary Scale: TGHS B.1
2. Nursing Officer II – 4 Positions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid practicing license
- At least 6 months of volunteer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise nursing services
- Deliver advanced nursing care
- Mentor junior staff
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Develop care plans and participate in ward rounds

4. Office Assistant – 1 Position
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Experience or training in office support
- At least 6 months of volunteer work in administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks (filing, photocopying)
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Support administrative logistics
- Run internal errands

5. Dental Technician – 1 Position
Requirements:
- Diploma in Dental Technology
- Valid registration with relevant authorities
- At least 6 months of volunteer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Create dental prosthetics (crowns, dentures, etc.)
- Assist with fitting and adjustments
- Maintain dental lab equipment
- Follow infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate records
