1: Experienced Driver (5+ Years)
Location: Tegeta Azania, Dar es Salaam

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles according to instructions and safety protocols.
- Comply with all traffic laws and Aice company policies.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and all documents (insurance, road license) are up to date.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks – oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield, tire pressure, etc.
- Track maintenance schedules and report when servicing is due.
- Assist staff and visitors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of driving activities, fuel consumption, and incident reports.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least Form Four (O-Level).
- Valid driving license is mandatory. Certification from VETA or National Institute of Transport is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of driving experience in a reputable organization.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Must reside near Tegeta.

2: Senior Accountant (10+ Years)

Aice Ice Cream Tanzania is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead its finance department. This role requires a professional with vast experience in managing full-cycle accounting processes and a strong grasp of financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, bank reconciliations).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Tanzanian tax regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Supervise and support junior accounting team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience (2+ years in FMCG industry).
- Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
