About the Role
Toyota Tanzania is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to support its Finance Department. You will be responsible for overseeing compliance, financial reporting, tax processes, and team supervision, playing a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (an added advantage)
- At least 4 years of accounting experience in a dynamic business environment
- Strong knowledge of Tanzania’s tax laws, compliance regulations, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, online payment systems, audits, and staff supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial tools
- Strong attention to detail and leadership ability
