Job Overview
As a Distribution Driver at Coca-Cola Kwanza, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s operations, ensuring that products are safely and efficiently transported from manufacturing plants to distribution centers, retail customers, and Coca-Cola distribution depots. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong logistics awareness, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to road safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport bulk stock (Primary Distribution) between plants and distribution centers.
- Deliver goods (Secondary Distribution) directly to customers and Coca-Cola depots (OCCDs).
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
- Ensure all delivery documents and invoices are accurate and properly compiled.
- Take full accountability for the truck, stock, mobile device, and pallets.
- Coordinate and receive customer invoices.
- Conduct daily stock counts promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to all security checks and company procedures.
- Lead and manage the truck crew effectively.
- Follow all traffic laws and maintain company safety standards.
- Ensure proper settlement of each delivery load.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Completed Form IV (Ordinary Level).
- Driving License: Must hold a valid driver’s license and Professional Driver’s Permit (as per country requirements).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment.

Additional Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of distribution and warehouse logistics.
- Knowledge of truck mechanics and maintenance.
