Position Title: Direct Sales Agent
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable based on performance)

- Dar es Salaam
- Mwanza
- Arusha
- Dodoma
- Mbeya
- Moshi
As a Direct Sales Agent at ACB Bank, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our retail banking services. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering a top-notch banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of retail banking liability products such as savings and current accounts.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and engage potential customers through daily field visits and networking.
- Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring full compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold ACB Bank’s brand values.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Form Four (CSE) up to Diploma level.
- Age Requirement: 18 years and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of retail banking products (an added advantage).
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Must own an Android smartphone (Version 7 or higher) with a minimum 5MP camera.
