Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Agent, you will:
- Register new businesses with LIPA HAPA – CRDB’s digital payment platform.
- Open new bank accounts for individual and business customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: Form Four (O-Level certificate).
- Possess a valid NIDA ID or Voter ID.
- Own a smartphone.
- Be honest, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Have strong sales and communication skills to explain CRDB Bank services effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-Based Payments:
- TSh 1,500 per new account.
- TSh 1,500 per new Lipa Hapa registration.
Monthly Bonuses:
- Register 50+ accounts = TSh 30,000 bonus
- Register 80+ accounts = TSh 50,000 bonus
- Register 120+ accounts = TSh 100,000 bonus
Weekly Bonuses:
- Register Pharmacy businesses = TSh 5,000 bonus
- Register Bars = TSh 10,000 bonus
- Register Shell fuel stations = TSh 20,000 bonus
