Key Responsibilities
As our IT Officer, you will be the go-to expert for keeping our technology reliable, secure, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.
- Providing prompt user support and resolving IT-related issues.
- Managing network infrastructure, VPNs, and ensuring data security.
- Overseeing system backups, IT policy compliance, and disaster recovery measures.
- Supporting SAP systems and fuel management platforms.
- Documenting IT processes and contributing to internal IT projects.
- Collaborating with different departments to meet business technology needs.
Qualifications & Skills You Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT support experience (logistics industry experience is an advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Network administration and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency with SAP, fuel systems, and IT security best practices.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Bonus: Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP are a plus.
