About the Role
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive B2B growth. You’ll connect with potential clients, close high-value deals, and strengthen partnerships that align with Aquantuo’s regional and global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Lead Generation: Secure leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to deliver tailored proposals and quotations.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales performance reports.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with operations and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Research: Track customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop business alliances to expand Aquantuo’s market reach.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and tailored marketing content creation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience in logistics, e-commerce, or international trade.
- Proven ability to design and execute complex sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of trade facilitation, customs requirements, and 3PL operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
