Locations: Mwanza & Arusha, Tanzania
Role Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving operational excellence and meeting financial targets by driving business growth at the branch level. This role involves managing people, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring full compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales, revenue, deposits, and asset growth targets.
- Prepare and execute approved branch budgets.

Qualifications & Experience:
