1. Field Operations Manager
Reference No.: 25/25 | Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer
Job Purpose:
The Field Operations Manager will lead and oversee VFT’s branch network, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets. This role involves branch performance management, compliance enforcement, credit risk control, and business growth through customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch operations to achieve loan, deposit, and client growth.
- Mentor and manage Regional and Business Centre Managers.
- Oversee compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor financial performance, risk management, and reporting.
- Strengthen integration with World Vision programs for community development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of senior operational management experience in banking or microfinance.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems (T24 preferred).
2. Compliance Manager
Reference No.: 26/25 | Reporting to: Head of Risk and Compliance
Job Purpose:
The Compliance Manager will ensure VFT adheres to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies. This role leads the compliance framework, manages regulatory risks, and builds a culture of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with banking laws, AML/CFT, KYC, data protection, and labor laws.
- Conduct regulatory gap analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Manage compliance monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

- Manage and monitor branch operations.
- Lead credit committees and loan approval processes.
- Develop annual business plans for the branch.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

4. Finance Officer (Reconciliation Officer)

Job Purpose:
The Finance Officer will handle financial reconciliations, treasury functions, and budget monitoring to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and daily MNO (Airtel, Tigo, Mpesa) reconciliations.
- Monitor suspense accounts and ensure timely clearance.
- Support treasury operations and short-term investments.
- Conduct liquidity stress testing with the Risk Officer.
- Provide accurate financial reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance.
