1. Driver – Kairuki Hospital
Location: Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam
Reports To: Transport Officer / Head Driver
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Hospital Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and timely transportation of patients, staff, medical equipment, and documents. Beyond driving, this position requires professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from the hospital, clinics, and medical appointments.
- Deliver medical supplies, documents, and equipment between hospital departments or external facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of assigned vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and infection control guidelines.
- Assist patients with mobility needs when entering or exiting vehicles.
- Keep accurate transport records and trip logs.
Qualifications
- Secondary school education (Form Four) plus an NIT driving certificate.
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience (healthcare driving preferred).
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
- First Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to lift and assist patients (up to 60kg).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts.

2. Marketing & Public Relations Manager – Kairuki Hospital
Location: Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam
Reports To: Director General
Employment Type: Full-Time
This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who will lead marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives at Kairuki Hospital. The Marketing & PR Manager will be responsible for shaping the hospital’s image, driving patient engagement, and strengthening community relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with the hospital’s mission.
- Manage media relations and build strong networks with journalists and influencers.
- Oversee content creation for newsletters, press releases, websites, and social media.
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns to enhance patient engagement and awareness.
- Plan community outreach programs and events to strengthen relationships.
- Handle crisis communications and safeguard the hospital’s reputation.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using data and analytics.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing/PR, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management, and analytics.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends is an added advantage.
