MUHAS Internship September 2025

The Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) is now inviting applications for internship placements at its Internationalization and Convocation Unit (ICU). The ICU plays a vital role in coordinating foreign and visiting scholars’ affairs, managing collaborative links with partner institutions, and overseeing University Convocation activities. By joining this internship program, students will be exposed to real work environments that blend administration, coordination, communication, and international relations.

Internship Details

• Position: Intern (2 posts)
• Location: MUHAS – Internationalization and Convocation Unit (ICU)
• Duration: September – October 2025
• Status: Full-time
• Reports To: Head of Unit

Key Responsibilities

As an ICU intern, you will:

• Assist in planning the weekly schedule of unit activities.
• Help in preparing meetings, workshops, and reports.
• Support coordination of scholars’ exchange programs and institutional linkages.
• Facilitate the development of joint activities with collaborating institutions.
• Promote university exchange programs, including drafting media plans.
• Assist in elective studies, short-term training, and related programs.
• Support organization of University Convocation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management.

• Proficiency in both English and Swahili (written and spoken).
