Key Responsibilities
As a Truck Driver at Unitrans Tanzania, you will:
- Transport sugarcane from farms to processing factories.
- Perform other professional driving-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of road safety laws and driving regulations.
- Possess a valid Class E driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write.
- Hold a valid training certificate in Rigid or HGV Truck Driving (Good Truck Driving – Rigid or HGV Pulling Trucks) from a government-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no accidents in the last 2 years.
- Certificate of good conduct from local authorities or the police.
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a challenging field environment.
