Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, your main duties will include:
- Supervising morning transfers, excursions, and airport operations.
- Monitoring driver punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Managing and updating the daily transfer list (Taxlist).
- Handling guest complaints with professionalism and care.
- Reporting all incidents related to guests, vehicles, and operations.
- Overseeing excursion logistics, expenses, and guide communications.
- Collaborating with the accounts team on operational costs.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication across departments.
- Submitting monthly operational reports to management.
