Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within banking or financial institutions.
2. Relationship Officers – SME (5 Positions) & Micro (1 Position)
Job Summary: These officers will manage and grow portfolios for SME and Micro clients, offering financial solutions, conducting market analysis, and ensuring credit risk management. The role requires building strong customer relationships and driving portfolio growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar banking roles.
- Knowledge of SME lending, risk assessment, and market trends.
3. Bank Officers – Teller, Customer Service, Back Office, Agency Banking, Direct Sales Agents (11 Positions)
Job Summary: Bank Officers will handle day-to-day banking operations, including transactions, customer service, and product promotion. They must ensure compliance with policies and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
