1. Procurement Officer – Contract Job
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reports to: Head of Finance and Administration
Contract Duration: One Year (Renewable based on performance)
Role Overview:
The Procurement Officer will play a vital role in strengthening procurement systems, ensuring compliance, accountability, and timely acquisition of goods and services. The position supports effective program delivery by managing procurement processes, contract performance, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement requests, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Organize procurement panels and ensure compliance with TEN/MET policies.
- Maintain procurement records and asset registers.
- Monitor contract performance and provide regular status reports.
- Track market pricing and ensure fair cost evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive procurement experience (4 years in donor-funded projects preferred).

2. ICT Officer – Contract Job

Role Overview:
The ICT Officer will oversee TEN/MET’s ICT systems, infrastructure, and knowledge platforms. This role ensures data security, efficient ICT operations, and supports digital collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ICT infrastructure including servers, LAN, VPN, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Support digital communication platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom).
- Maintain TEN/MET’s website and member database.
- Ensure compliance with ICT security and data protection laws.
- Build ICT capacity among staff through training and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT administration.
- Skills in website CMS (WordPress, Drupal), database development, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
3. Human Resources and Administration Officer – Full-time Job
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reports to: Senior Management
Role Overview:
The HR and Administration Officer will manage HR functions and office operations, fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. The role spans recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, and compliance with Tanzanian labor laws.
