1. Safety & Quality Manager (Re-Advertisement)

Department: Safety and Quality
Reports to: Managing Director

Role Overview

The Safety & Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that TMHS operations and client services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This position involves developing and maintaining OHS procedures, ISO standards, and quality systems across all TMHS facilities and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspect all OHS systems and equipment for compliance and performance.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or equipment breakdowns within 24 hours.
  • Develop and update safety manuals, checklists, and operational guidelines.
  • Lead the company’s ISO compliance (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015).
  • Prepare detailed quality trend reports and submit monthly and annual updates to management.
  • Conduct regular assessments of TMHS services, including air rescue and ambulance operations.
  • Support staff training and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HSE Manager in a reputable organization.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, auditing, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
