Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Supporter Relations, you will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with supporters worldwide.
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering personalised and heartfelt donor stewardship through thank-you messages, gifts, and updates.
- Coordinating supporter communications and materials across departments.
- Maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring timely updates.
- Assisting in organising supporter visits, tours, and virtual events.
- Monitoring communication activities, tracking engagement, and contributing to performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Development, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing skills — clear, engaging, and professional.
- Experience in donor relations, customer service, fundraising, or project coordination.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Bonus: Familiarity with supporter databases or email marketing tools.
