Key Responsibilities
As an ICT Intern at LOLC Tanzania, you will:
- Provide technical support in a corporate IT environment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with network configuration and basic LAN/WAN maintenance.
- Support IT projects and daily IT operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT services and solutions.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
- Practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networks (LAN/WAN, IP configuration).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a financial institution is an advantage but not required.
