1. Lecturer – Finance and Research Methodology (1 Post)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD or Lecturer by Publications in the relevant field
- Strong background in Advanced Research Methodology and Financial Management
- GPA: 3.8 (Bachelor), 4.0+ (Master’s), and PhD or B+ grade equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach NTA Level 9
- Prepare learning materials, conduct research, and supervise student projects
- Participate in consultancy and community services
2. Lecturer – Procurement and Supply Chain Management (1 Post)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Procurement Management
- GPA: 3.8 (Bachelor), 4.0+ (Master’s), or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Teach NTA Level 9
- Conduct seminars, research, and case studies
- Guide and supervise students
3. Assistant Lecturer – Information Communication Technology (2 Posts)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in ICT or related field
- Proficient in Computer Networking, Web Development, and System Maintenance
- GPA: 3.8 (Bachelor), 4.0+ (Master’s)
Responsibilities:
- Teach NTA Levels 4–6
- Conduct tutorials, research, and community services
4. Assistant Lecturer – Business Administration (Human Resources Management) (2 Posts)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in HR or related field
- Skilled in HR Policy, Records, Audits, and Training
- GPA: 3.8 (Bachelor), 4.0+ (Master’s)
5. Assistant Lecturer – Communication Skills (3 Posts)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s in Communication or Linguistics
- Expertise in Business Communication, Public Relations, and English for Tourism
6. Assistant Lecturer – Accountancy (3 Posts)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge in Public Sector Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Auditing
7. Assistant Lecturer – Education (1 Post)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education
- Strong background in Career and Occupational Counselling
8. Tutorial Assistant – Marketing (2 Posts)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Skilled in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Entertainment Marketing

Minimum Requirements for Volunteer Instructors:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
- Minimum GPA of 3.8 or B+ in the major subject
- Graduate of the College of Business Education

- Must be a Tanzanian citizen

- Attach certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Form IV & VI)
- Include three referees with reliable contacts
- Foreign certificates must be verified by TCU or NACTVET
