Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and seminars.
- Prepare teaching materials and participate in academic discussions.
- Supervise students’ research projects and academic work.
- Engage in research, publications, and consultancy.
- Guide and mentor junior academic staff.
- Participate in departmental and institutional seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Consistent academic record with a Master’s GPA of at least 4.0 and a Bachelor’s GPA of at least 3.5 from a recognized institution.
2. Assistant Lecturers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars under senior staff guidance.
- Prepare teaching aids and materials such as case studies and models.
- Supervise student research projects.
- Participate in academic and departmental seminars.
- Conduct research, publications, and consultancy work.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the department head.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, both from recognized institutions.
- Minimum GPA of 4.0 (Master’s) and 3.5 (Bachelor’s).
3. Administrative Officer (1 Post)
Reports To: Assigned Supervisor
Main Duties:
- Handle general office administration within human resources and administration units.
- Maintain and archive quality assurance and accreditation documents.
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external quality assurance reports (e.g., NACTE/TCU).
- Manage records of institutional reviews, assessments, and audits.
- Plan and organize training programs (short-term and long-term).
- Supervise junior staff and act as secretary to designated committees.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar position from a recognized institution.
