Position: Admin and Finance Officer (1 Post)

About the Program
Global HOPE-MUHAS PHO is a dynamic initiative that supports the development of pediatric haematology and oncology care in Tanzania. The program focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment, academic training, and pioneering research to improve healthcare outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities
As the Admin and Finance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial and administrative health of the project. Your duties will include:
- Managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring timely processing of payments.
- Preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assisting with financial planning, reporting, and audits.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing petty cash in accordance with project guidelines.
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as logistics for travel, meetings, and training sessions.
- Supporting financial reviews and ensuring transparency in financial reporting.
- Liaising effectively with MUHAS teams, donors, and project partners.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- High ethical standards and keen attention to detail.
