Opportunity Overview
- Total Positions:
- 200 roles at Dar es Salaam branches
- 120 roles at upcountry branches
- Tenure: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
- Locations:
- Dar es Salaam Head Office – Amani Place, 3rd Floor
- Regional Branches – Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Moshi
Key Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Agent at Akiba Commercial Bank, you will:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers.
- Guide clients through the account opening process while ensuring compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
- Represent the bank with professionalism and maintain a customer-first approach.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants should have:
- Education: Form Four certificate up to Diploma level.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Skills and Experience:
