We are hiring Sales Executives for the following branches:
- Main Branch
- Tandamti Branch
- Lumumba Branch
- Nyerere Branch
- Mbagala Branch
- Tanga Branch
- Arusha Branch
- Mwanza Branch
- Dodoma Branch
- Zanzibar Branch
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Drive and meet individual sales targets while maintaining compliance with Amana Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Proactively market and sell retail banking products and services to new and existing customers.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities and promote alternative banking channels.
- Participate in local promotional events, roadshows, and client meetings to grow customer base.
- Develop and grow the Agency Banking portfolio to maximize agent performance.
- Ensure agents are supported, branded, and operating efficiently.
- Collect and verify agent forms and ensure timely submission of complete documentation.
- Follow up on any outstanding or deferred documentation.
- Conduct street-level marketing and customer education campaigns to boost engagement.
- Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to supervisors.
- Regularly report on sales progress, market challenges, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role is a plus but not mandatory
