1. Trade Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement structured trade finance products, processes, and end-to-end workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the bank’s interests.
- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Promote trade finance capabilities through client and staff engagement.
- Identify, negotiate, and develop business opportunities to increase market share.
- Prepare and deliver training programs for relevant bank units.
- Monitor risks related to KYC/AML compliance and provide practical solutions.
Required Skills and Competencies:
