Key Responsibilities
As a Driver Grade II, your duties will include:
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after every trip to ensure safety.
- Transporting staff to various official destinations.
- Performing minor vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Collecting and delivering official documents.
- Maintaining a logbook of all journeys.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Performing any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications Required
To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
- Hold a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV).
- Possess a valid Class E or C driving license.
- Have at least one year of accident-free driving experience.
- Present certificates from a recognized training institution (e.g., VETA or another government-recognized driving school).
- Have successfully completed the Basic Driving Course.
Salary Scale
- This position falls under Government Salary Scale TGS B1.

- Be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years.
- Attach a certified copy of their birth certificate (certified by an advocate).
