Job Descriptions
1. Driver Grade II (Dereva Daraja II) – 4 Posts
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate government vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and timely servicing.
- Maintain accurate transport records/logs.
- Assist in minor vehicle repairs when needed.
Qualifications:
- A valid Class C driving license.
- Certificate from a recognized driving school.
- At least a Form IV (CSEE) certificate.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and basic vehicle mechanics is an added advantage.
2. Office Management Secretary Grade II – 3 Posts
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage office operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming/outgoing communication and documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes and manage filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments and administrative schedules.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management from a recognized institution.
