1. Junior Process Engineer – 3 Posts
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise production operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and KPIs.
- Monitor process lines and equipment for proper functionality.
- Analyze process data and trends to identify areas for improvement and maintain consistent product quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving malfunctions.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to streamline workflows.
- Provide technical guidance to production teams on process optimization and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

2. Pan Boiler – 2 Posts
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor vacuum pan operations to prepare Massecuite and grow sugar crystals to the required size.
- Identify and correct issues such as force grain, mixed grains, and entrainment.
- Notify supervisors of any abnormal changes in Massecuite quality.
- Identify and manage the three boiling zones in pan boiling and their effects during crystallization.
- Prepare quality grains (seeds) using magma and slurry.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of pans and report defects to the maintenance team.
- Participate in maintenance schedules and support general cleaning efforts.
- Perform all three boiling systems effectively to achieve good exhaustion.
- Record pan volumes accurately and boil pans to specified levels.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven knowledge of vacuum pan operations, steam plant equipment, and boiling parameters.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve boiling process difficulties.
- Physical ability to work in hot, noisy environments, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- Strong teamwork skills for effective collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Pan Boiler.
